Registration for 2023-2024

Welcome! Please follow the steps outlined below:

1. Get your dorm assignment and parking instructions at entrance.
2. Park…leave belongings in car.
3. Check in with one of the coaches in the dorm who will instruct you regarding the morning schedule for unpacking, getting equipment, etc.

9:15-9:30 a.m.	Arrive and park at Hardwick Hall
9:30 a.m.	Meeting for players and parents with Head of School Peter Curran, Associate Head of School Ryan Pagotto and coaching staff in the Performance Gym.
10:00 a.m.	REGISTRATION Begin at the Health Center, where you will be given your registration card. Proceed to Clinton Hall to check forms, have your ID/debit card photo taken (If not taken in the spring, clean shaven and collared shirt, please!), get schedule, etc. (If your registration card has not been approved, your first stop must be at the business office on the bottom floor of Ivy Hall.)
11:30 a.m. -12:30 p.m.	Lunch for players and parents in the Romano Dining Hall.
1:30 p.m.	Team meeting (players) in Tracy Hall
2:45 p.m.	Practice begins

PARENTS…PLEASE NOTE : There will not be general orientation/information meetings in dorms for parents today. Parents of boarders and day students who live nearby are encouraged to return for orientation meetings that begin in dormitories at 12:30 p.m. on Tuesday, September 5. And, of course, all parents are cordially invited to a reception at the Head of School’s home between 2:15 and 3:30 p.m. on the 5th.

Welcome! As veterans, you know the drill! Please follow the steps outlined below:

Registration will take place from 9:30 a.m.-12:00 p.m.

1. Arrive and proceed to the Health Center to begin the registration process and conclude in the Student Life office in Clinton Hall.
2. Move into your dorm between 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. The Dining Hall will be open for lunch from 11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
3. Orientation in the CEC... promptly at 1:00 p.m.
4. You will receive your schedule on Thursday, August 31st. Please report to Clinton Hall at 8:15 a.m.

Parents: Note that we don't do much in terms of welcoming you today, in part because we know that you too know the routine. That said, we hope that you get a chance to say hello to your child's dorm head, for they will be working closely together to manage the dorm. You are certainly welcome to return for the orientation meetings that begin in dorms at 12:30 p.m. on Tuesday, September 5th. And of course all parents are cordially invited to a reception at the Head of School's home between 2:15 - 3:30 p.m. on the 5th.

3. Begin registration process at the Health Center (get registration card here.) You must keep this registration card with you throughout the registration process.
4. Proceed to Clinton Hall to continue registration Check forms, have your photo taken for ID/debit card, get schedule, etc. (If your registration card has not been approved, your first step must be at the business office on the bottom floor of Ivy Hall.)
5. Proceed to dormitory where, in exchange for your registration card, you will be given your room key.
6. Proceed to Blair Commons. All deliveries from UPS and Fed Ex Ground can be picked on the lower level beneath the School Store. All students photographed today may also pick up their ID card.

11:45 a.m.	Parent Volunteer Group Meeting and Lunch — for any parents interested in volunteering during the year... Wean Dining Room
11:30 a.m. -12:45 p.m.	Lunch for athletes & parents in the Romano Dining Hall
1:00 p.m.	Head of School’s Meeting for all pre-season athletes (parents welcome) in Armstrong-Hipkins.
1:45 p.m.	Parent Reception at Sharpe House

New students and their parents are reminded that "veterans" are here as well; please don't hesitate to ask questions or to let us know how we can be of assistance in any way. 

At the health center, you will get a registration card. You must keep this card with you throughout the registration process in order to get your course schedule.

11:30 - 1:00 p.m.	LUNCHEON for all international students & parents at Sharpe House
1:00 - 3:30 p.m.	Registration begins at the Health Center. Keep your registration card with you.
3:30-5:30 p.m.	Additional time for unpacking & settling into rooms
5:30-6:30 p.m.	Dinner for new international families at the Associate Head of School's Home
5:30-7:00 p.m.	Dining Hall open for all students
8:30 p.m.	Evening activity for all students on campus and senior leaders
10:00 p.m.	Dormitory check-in
10:30 p.m.	All students in their own rooms (lights out)

12:30 p.m.	ALL BOARDING PARENTS meet with dorm heads in respective dorms
12:30 p.m.	ALL DAY STUDENTS (and parents of new day students) meet in Armstrong-Hipkins
1:00 p.m.	ORIENTATION begins for all grades. More details will be sent via email.
1:30 p.m.	ALL PARENTS meet with Head of School in Armstrong-Hipkins
2:15 - 3:30 p.m.	Parent Reception at Sharpe House. Parents should plan to leave campus following the reception.
